Online Shipping Rates:
We generally ship using Canada Post Expedited with tracking number. We can ship using other carriers but we prefer to use Canada Post (Please call if you would like to use a different carrier). Our Shipping is automatically calculated based on the purchase price of your order, and the rates are as follows:

RETURN POLICY
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization#
- An RMA# can be obtained by calling our store during regular business hours, or submitting your return request on our contact us page.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging, un-opened, and un-used.
- Return items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Discounted items are not eligible for return, all sales final on discounted items.
- All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable.
CURRENCIES
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. All payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars.
PRICE MATCHING
We are continuously researching pricing with our competitors to make sure we are on the same page as them. We will always do our best to match any price advertised in Canada. In some situations it may not be possible however we will do our best. The pricing for the exact competing product must be in the public domain, accurate, and verifiable, and the product new-in-box and in stock with the advertising competitor at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to make exceptions.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Once the item has been used, you must refer to the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer, not Cloud Climber Hobbies, is responsible for all manufacturing defects and liabilities. Most products of a technical nature including radios, electronic equipment, engines, etc. are warrantied by the manufacturer and you must return the product directly to them for repair or replacement. We do not deal directly with most manufacturers and are not in a position to do warranty repairs or replacements. Different items will have different warranty policies. If you have a problem with a product and are in doubt as to what to do, please call us for assistance.
If you receive a kit and there are parts missing, you must approach the manufacturer directly for replacement parts. We do not have access to individual kit parts, and we will not take parts from one kit to fix another and this policy helps to ensure that no one will inadvertently get stuck with an incomplete kit due to tampering. BATTERIES CARRY NO WARRANTY, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE REPLACE, REPAIR, OR REFUND ANY BATTERY OF ANY SORT, YOU MUST CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE PRODUCT. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE IN RESPECT TO BATTERIES.LIABILITIES
Cloud Climber Hobbies accepts no responsibility for crash damage, liability, and/or loss of kits, radios, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio controlled model. In most cases, it is very difficult if not impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to equipment failure or operator error.
